i know this is college baseball, but MARK MY WORDS!
this will be the VERY BEST pitching matchup on ANY LEVEL the ENTIRE weekend.
long beach is throwing jered (brother of jeff) weaver - who the padres will probably take #1 overall in the upcoming draft. we (fullerton) counter with jason windsor - who is pitching even better than weaver right now.
this game is sold out (3,300ish) and the crowd will be loud and enthusiastic. fullerton is up 2 games on LB for the conference title and only needs to win 1 for the big west title.
this game promises to be VERY low scoring and one of the most fundamentally sound games you will ever see.
if you choose to watch the lakers game, fine, just flip over to this one when that game is over.
