2 Plays today with a couple of leans. 1-2 -380 on yesterday! Overall 54-48 +1035. Great day to go 2-0.

5 Units-Injuns-125 over the Mariners

3 Units-Yanks-140 over the Orioles

Really like CC today. have been on a roll with the 5* plays, so I'm loading up! Leans are on the Phillies and WhiteSox-(Numbers are not up yet for that one.)

Jaypaw-RedSox-Bats are hot! Lowe he's definately gonna give up a few, not sure on this one. Nice job Theo-hooking Ortiz up with an extension-Good Move! Him and Manny are seeing that ball really well right now! Ya gotta love the over in this one whatever it is, no? I'd probably ride the Sox again, if I had to choose. What do you think about Mondasi? Think they should grab him? I'm not a big fan of his, but who knows?

I cant take the over on this team...

last night was great but how often is this minor league infield going to go a combined 7 for 15 - a .466 average?

Between manny ortiz tek and damon alone they went 12-19 which is .631!!!

insane to think this could continue.

I'd love to see it continue but it just isnt statistically possible

This team has had only ONE 1 run game in their last 20 !!!

It just can't continue. I like oakland +140 and -1.5 +202 but I'm not sure if I have the courage to pull the trigger.

Probably will see a lot of right handed bats today. Kapler for Dauback. Think they need Mondasi or what? Impressive stat about the 4 runs. A little scary what might happen in a close game though? Screw that their bullpen is rock solid!
The bad thing is that the Yanks are starting to find their groove-Their offense hasn't been to shabby as of late!

again I hate to sound like a half empty kind of guy

but their pen isnt what is was cracked up to be either... and they really have NOT been tested beyond the very predictable performances of Foulke.

Williamson was supposed to be the fall back guy more or less and with him out that really bumps up the responsibility on Timlin and Embree.

After those two there isnt a single vet of the remaining 3 -

dinardo: when you need someone to hang out to dry he's your guy - good looking stuff but consistently hittable

Jamie Brown: one outing - 1 run - 1 ticket back to the minors...

Anastacio martinez: only faced (and retired) 3 batters in his career in the majors thus far vs toronto - Pond(K) Hudson Frank Menechino - maybe he's pedro maybe not but he is certainly untested at this level

I dunno what happened to the rookie malaska but my point is that other than embree and timlin - there is really noone after foulke.

Might hold up might not but awefully thin if you ask me.

Half Empty kind of guy-God do you ever sound like one-Mr.Negative. Give the boys a little props until they start to fall apart, will ya! There are a lot worse teams to dog than the Sox, Don't they have one of the best records in baseball! Bullpen is 10x better than what they ever had! I like-Timlin-Embree-Williamson-Foulke. After that who cares, long relief means their probably getting their ass kicked anyway. So I'd find another team to dog for now, Oakland, Baltimore, Twins, Giants, Marlins, Astros-Anyone of these would be a bigger disappointment-then again we are still in May. I just don't know why you like to wager so much against the Sox?

Williamson is out - possibly for a long time I think...

just stating the facts - besides foulke, all rookies after embree and timlin.

I dont really like to wager against them - I just know the team pretty well and I know that they are always favored - yet I know they cant win all their games. Just trying to win some for me.

whew that was a tough one...

Glad I didnt bet it but man how often does a pitcher give up 9 hits and 5 runs in 6 innings and not end up with an L on their record?

The minor league infield came back down to earth somewhat hitting .266 and the story of the game this time wasnt errors that hurt lowe - it was an error that helped lowe... The 4th inning throwing error that oakland made which helped that play in the end to result in 3 runs to break the tie and put the sox up 5-2.

Its hard to account for errors because it throws a whole different angle in on things, but at least lowe got the good end of the stick this time.

The fact is he still was responsible for 5 runs which is too many.

Do you think Lowe will pick it up?
