-Florida though 11-2 in the last 13 between the two, I feel this will play into the motivation of the Mets tonight.....
AJ Burnett for Florida takes the hill off of the DL today, and I wont back any ex walking wounded until he proves himself again.....Remember Pettitte's return off the DL...
Seo isnt that spectacular, but he did face these Mets in his last outing, going 6 innings, allowing 5 hits, and 2 ers.....If he can keep down his walk count, he should be ok....I feel that he will have a slight advantage because he has already faced this lineup, whereas Burnett has not....In this one, you got one team riding high coming off a sweep on the road, and playing with Revenge, vs a team deflated after getting swept at home and now must travel into enemy territory, who must be licking their chops right about now.....Go Mets....

-Lee has been solid this year for the Indians going 7-3 with a 2.81 ERA....But, 3 of his 4 starts on the road this year has resulted in a loss for the Indian's......Kelvin Escobar, on the other hand, is another pitcher who excells at home...In his last 4 starts at home, the Angels went 3-1....More currently, in his last two home starts, he went 2-0 vs the #1 and #3 hitting teams in the League in Balt and Detroit...PRETTY GOOD!...
Today he faces the #8 hitting team in the Indians......but guess What?....His team is the #2 hitting team in the Land and they have been on Fire at the Plate.....They have been backing up their guys on the hill superbly and in multiple run fashion......When you have this kind of Offensive power behind you, how can you not relax and pitch a solid game......Lee for Cleveland doesnt have this luxury, as he knows that his team sucks on the road and all the pressure is on him....Oh Boy!

A's are back on track after that Clev series as they took the series vs the Red Hot WS squad.....What is also impressive is how their pitchers held the high scoring Sox squad to average just 3 runs....Solid!....

Local Hawaiian (born and raised on Oahu) Jerome William's takes the hill for the Giants today, and so far he has an 4-3 record with a 4.19 ERA.....Last season vs the DBacks he went 2-1 with a 2.70 ERA......Williams is also 2-0 with a 0.63 ERA in his career at Bank One Ballpark....
