The wind reportedly will be blowing out at Wrigley tonight. Carpenter's given up 10 HR in 46 road IP, including three in six IP earlier this year in Wrigley. Rusch has performed well at home, with a 3.18 ERA, averaging about a K an inning.
Unfortunately this line lost a bit of value when it was declared Pujols won't play, but the Cubbies as home dogs looks pretty good anyway.
