Aloha Gang.....Well we had a very successful night diving last night, as we picked up many HUGE ASS Lobsters for my Nephews 1st B-Day Luau....That was a fun and positive night....Ok, now lets have a fun and positive day today....I am still in a F'in rut in the MLB, but the CWS have been sweet for me...So far in the CWS I have gone 8-2, which is highlighted by my hitting Two EZ--BIG GAME PLAY WINNERS...Today, in the Final Elimination Game, I may have a possible Big Game Play as I like this matchup...But if not today, then definately in the Finals of the CWS I have one.....Ok that concludes this mornings BS meeting....Its early, so Rock-N-Roll early!

One reason is because most people dont know that the best Lobsters are the Hawaiian Slipper and Spiny Lobsters....Most places that serve Lobster will go with the Maine Lobster....but this Lobster has nothing on the Spiny or Slipper Lobster.....Plus, it is probably due to the fact that the Spiny and Slipper Lobsters are more pricy than the Maine Lobsters....We have a lot of regulations on our Lobsters here and this probably raises the prices somewhat, and cause them to be not so readily available for commercial use....But that is good for us guys here, as we just need to go get em when we want to.....If you know where and how to get em....They aren't all over, and they are not so easy to get....and the Big Bugs are what you want...as you dont want to touch the smaller ones....Huge ass fine if you get caught with one below the size or out of season...

Besides the Spiny or Slipper Lobsters....you gotta try the Kona Crab or Samoan Crab....These two crabs are very expensive and only available at local fish stores, but they are better than Dungenous Crab Big Time.....Dungenous Crab can run you about $6.00 per pound, the Kona Crab can go as high as $8.00 per pound and Samoan Crab up to $10 bucks a pound, but worth it....If you ever in Hawaii seek them out....you wont go wrong....
