golfing ark -

I am on Boston. I am playing relatively heavy chalk and going against streaks which are two things I rarely do but I made an exception.

Look at the splits and check out the Yankee lineup versus Pedro: not much success at all plus Pedro has been excllent at Yankee Stadium in his career.

Also consider this - Last 5 games: Boston .341 BA vs. lefties, Yankees .263 BA versus righties. Last 10 - Boston .305 versus lefties, Yankees .238 versus righties. Then consider today's starters and on paper Boston has a huge advantage.

Your point of taking the Yankees at plus money is valid the way the two teams are playing but I actually see value in Pedro at -147.

Good luck in whatever you decide. The general rule of going with your gut is usually pretty good but you asked for a differing opinion.

I am one of the biggest advocates of PLUS money....but getting Pedro under 150 is a great buy. Sox should slaughter Hasley.
