So as long the Bosoxs do not win by 1 you make money. Interesting, much luck with this kind of strategy???

Only tried it a couple of times and it's always cashed. I feel like it's a very risky strategy -- in terms of amount risked vs. possible reward -- so I'm just feeling it out for now. I try to look for situations where you have teams that tend to suprise you, either by strong shows or let downs. For example, other potentials for this play tonight were Yankees-Tampa and Florida-Mets. The Yankees, Rays and Mets are all three teams that you just never know when they're going to decide to take a night off even if there's a game scheduled -- same with the Bosox.

Not a good night. 2-6 -3.43 units brings me down to 53-50-1, +26.518 units on the year.

After the break can be a difficult time as everybody knows. Given my poor showing last week and tonight's 0.250 debacle I am going to wait out this set of series and possibly the next one before making anymore picks.

While I understand that it is necessary to risk in order to win, I look at sports betting as an investment, and when investing I always jealously guard profits. I have earned a 26% profit in a month worth of posting, and would rather take a few days off and miss potential paydays than keep doing the wrong thing and piss away those winnings.

Next MLB picks will be posted Friday at the earliest. Best of luck to everybody between now and then.
