Umpire Brian Runge has produced 12 UNDERS and only 4 OVERS this season. When the total is set at 8.5 or 9.5, the UNDER is 7-0. He calls 64.81% of his pitches strikes and an average of only 275.2 pitches are thrown per game. An average of only 7.71 runs are scored per game where he is BHP.

John Garland (CWS) has an ERA of 3.84 on the ROAD this season and the 'Under' is 7-3 in those games.

Wilfred Ledezma (DET) makes his first Tigers start this season in place of injured Gary Knotts. The Futures Game All-Star was called up after the break after dominating Double-A competition for Erie, then beat the White Sox in long relief last Sunday **(from MLB.com). This kid sounds like he can pitch.

I've heard some credible cappers locally who like this under also, oblivious to the ump stat you've uncovered, but more so the fact that Ledezma is a rough diamond. Thanks!

if you get 9.5, probably an overs play. Munro is still on the tripleA-big club bubble as far as his overall makeup (had a few ok outings), Harang is a young journeyman, don't have a strong hunch, tho. G'luck!
