SACRAMENTO, Calif., (AP) Oakland Athletics pitcher Tim Hudson allowed two earned runs and two hits in three innings for Triple-A Sacramento in a rehab start Saturday night against Oklahoma.

Hudson, pitching for the first time since losing to Anaheim on June 22, was placed on the disabled list June 27 because of a strained left oblique muscle.

''My hip felt good,'' said Hudson, expected to start against the New York Yankees on Thursday. ''My command was a little shaky, but it's been a while since a real hitter has been in there. Any time you've been out like that, you're command is going to be off.''
