hit a couple of nice dogs (+150 & +170) yesterday giving me a profit going 2-2 overall. not going crazy today. i am due to lose. that is just the way this year has been. no long winning streaks. all plays for one unit.
milwuakee +1.5 (-140) over phillies..............i am continuing to fade the phillies. padilla has looked real good since coming of the dl. phils will probably lose this game, but i have a gut feeling they win by one, which would be fine with me. give me the 1.5 runs.
houston +1.5 (-105) over cubs...........definite pitching advantage for the cubs, but astros showing some pride lately. like the game above, i think should could win, but i live the 1.5 runs just in case of a one run game.
pittsburgh +220 over st louis...........bucs have played well vs their division lately. they have lost the last two to the cards, but i get the feeling they pull this one out tonight.

i am taking sunday off. i usually am off work, but i got to go to work sunday all day and will miss the day games. i don't mind taking the day off anyway. sort of need a break from bases.
