this is a KEY number believe it, or not. having a total UNDEr 10 is vital here because of the 10-run mercy rule.
CA will get to at least 10 by themselves tonite - maybe more.
this game is nothing more than the christians and lions in different uniforms.
CA is the class of the LLWS - MD is far from it.
this game will be close until opening pitch. by getting a total UNDER 10 we can win with the OVER if the game goes to the mercy rule - which it will. trust me - MD has NO PRAYER in this one - NONE!
the closest score i can see for this game is 10-0 CA. don't be shocked if this game only goes 3.5 innings if CA is home team (and as the higher seed - they should) - but then again - we won't mind that for it will mean CA is up at least 10. i can't see MD scoring a single run here, either.
