Thepig is using this thread to inform you that the OAKLAND ATHLETICS will win tonight. If you were lucky enough to read it before the 10:05 est start time, then good for you.

A's have an outstanding record at home (45-19) BOSOX marginal on road (32-32).

Very warm in OAKLAND tonight, Manny's thighs will get sweaty and his droopy drawers will snag up and he will be tripping all over the place, if his lazy ass plays.

The RED SOX simply have the Athletics number.

What is it now.......counting last years playoff games.........9 out of 10 the Red Sox have won.

Plus, Lowe is pitching very good over his last 3 starts.............3-0 with a 1.09 WHIP.

I like the RED SOX in this spot.

The sox bats are rediculous right now but be sure to look at Lowe for what he is

he has only allowed 3 or less runs in 6 of his last 14 games.

with the bats this hot though 3 4 or 5 runs is beatable...

got save the sox if they allow more than 5 runs
