Im going to play 80% of all games before the NewYear. I went 6-1 today. With reduced vig we can do that. I wish I did that in the NFL, I would be hitting 58% instead of 49% this year, I dont reccommend this to everybody, you have to know what you are doing.

Didn't you crack on Dawgman's service and syndicate selections because any pick without analysis is useless?

Beautiful analysis!

Yes guys,

I gave info out on Hofstra on Tuesday that they have 3 scrappy black players from Brooklyn, Hofstra lacks the depth but should cover the 1st half.

Villanova is suiting up 7 guys reportedly, and are poorly coached, I like Temple -11 despite being also poorly coached. Big 5 games I usually like the dog but when the line is dbl digits in Nov I mgoing with the fav, as Villanova will be in the 40's tonight.

The thing about being shorthanded is you thend to value the ball more and slow the game down, this is why the 86 celtics were so good. Togetherness and cherishing the ball.

USC Pk

Trojans should win this game, they have the athletes, Tory Oneil is a good passer.

Dayton Pk

Brazzle and Miggins were so huge to Pepperdine, they werent that good last yr, now there in trouble. Westphal really doesnt care.

Ohio State -4

not just a talent mismatch but a coaching mismatch

LongBeachst +14.5

LongBeach has improved under Larry Reynolds, Aztecs dont get recruits now that Fishers buddy Richard Bey got canned and the payroll isnt what is use to be. Waltons kid isnt that good.

CalPolySlo +14.5

Cal has some great freshman but will miss Shipp toughness on the glass, Calpoly has most people back that were a bad officiating call from the tournament last yr.

Nevada PK

Spoonhour is pathetic, guy is a poor coach and poor recruiter, is basically robbing the university, Rebels play like a bunch of ghetto trash, and 3 of them are hurt or stole things and our out for this game, including Edwards and Peters who rebound the ball. Nevada covered against a Uconn team that is missing people and Calhoun doesnt care until January, there suppose to contend for the WAC being a down yr for the confrence. Spoonhour drinks coffee and plays keno and is non threating to the power happy administraters.

Cal Riverside +16

Rams were complete garbage last yr, and could only get better, the line is 16 becasue its a Pac 10 schjoll, Lorenzo Romar is basically a quota hire.

I think Nevada value the ball more, don't they Rail.

Your comments about Lorenzo Romar are hilarious.

Rail you are on the money about UNLV. Spoonhour has a ton of good athletes that were brought in on the history of the program and its status as clearinghouse for guys that don't go to class. It is nothing he or his staff have done. Last coach at least had recruiting pull, old man Charlie just sees his role as a caretaker and as a teacher of doing nothing but think defense. If they keep him around long enough the team will play a lot of exciting 50-48 games like his teams did in St. Louis. The program could do so much better in getting a real coach, I was stunned when they pulled this retread off the retired snowbirds pile!

I think you might be surprised by the Huskies. The talent is definitely coming up and they could even be an NIT team this year. Getting rid of Wrenn, talented as he was, will be a huge boost for the team. The guy shot and ball-hogged his team out of a number of wins last year. His talent doesn't make up for his lack of interest in a team game. Romar will stress that this year. Thing about Romar was he was brought on for his recruiting abilities which are a whole world better than what the program has had in recent years. Might be a bit of a stretch to have him coaching now, but he will improve the level of ability for the team over a few years time. If Oregon can build up a good program with their horrendous stadium and facilities out in podunk land, surely the Huskies can at least develop to that level with solid recruiting and just a higher level of expecations that don't exist yet.

Bill,

I know Nike is building an expensive basketball arena for Oregon Ducks. No doubt Washington has lots of talent but they our out of control and Rams can rebound.

NorthCarolina -17.5

Heels want revenege from 2 yrs ago when davidson beat them and Roy has been known to run up scores vs bad teams

Monmouth +3.5

game goes 2pdt

Sandiego state +6

Buckeyes have only 2 guys that score

Colorado -1

Buffs have 2 1st round picks, abd 4 starters back from a 20 win team, Pepperdine plays zero defense.

Penn OVER 128

They were close to getting this vs Wiscy crawl ball and good d, so should get this high today

Arizona OVER 155

NAU has a new coach that wants to go as fast as possible and they fire more 3's than 2's, and Cats are always fast and are usually in the 90's against teams like this.

Rail,
UNLV has their two big guys that are suspended for first 3 and 6 games respectively for making unauthorized long distance calls on a AD pin number. One returning good player, Hunter, is questionable with lingering calf injury and shouldn't play more than 20 minutes. Rebs have basically a bunch of JUCO rookies and role players and they beat Delaware St. by 6 pts on Fri.
I agree WolfPack should roll.

Phil Matthews is a decent coach at USF, he is a good recruiter and a passable, if not, great floor coach. St. Mary's is the team to look out for in the WCC, though.

And the difference between NAU playing at home and on the road is HUGE. Almost, Boise St. football-like home court advantage.

Hope some of this info helps.

Doberman,

Thanks for the info, I heard it was a phonecard deal, Bayno just got everybody there own cell phone, and Shoes would do all the dirty work. I know NAU is 7000 feet, they are getting away from half court and will be gunning 3's this yr because they are Wolfpack is small, and Lutes team shoots early also, this game could easily reach a deuce.
