Has anyone ever looked into this? Logic tells me that there must be some correlation here and this could make for some nice value-added parlays. The logic is really pretty simple: When the road team wins, there will always be at least 18 frames played...BUT when the home team wins there is (usually) just 17 frames played. More frames, more runs. Less frames, less runs. This is also has effect in extra innings...i.e. if the score is 4-4 you have O9.5 you'd rather have it parlayed with the road team because they can score unlimited runs, but unless the home team hits a HR they will only score one run. I would think this correlation should be similar to the fact that home teams win by one run more often than road teams. Thoughts on this parlay strategy?
