TO ALL THE FORUM BROTHERS

LETS MAKE MONEY TOGETHER
LETS PUT OUR MINDS TOGETHER (ATX,ELITE ONE,BLACKLAB,TJBELL,PANTHER,PROPHETABLEPICKS,EGD & THOSE THAT ARE SHARP IN 2ND HALFS)

ITS FOOTBALLTIME COMING UP. I KNOW THERE IS VALUE IN 2ND HALF BASKETS, HOWEVER THIS POST IS JUST PERTAINING TO FOOTBALL

LIST SOME OF THE ANGLES YOU SEE IN THE FIRST HALF THAT MAKES A GOOD 2ND HALF PLAY

EX. IF ITS A BLOWOUT(HOW MANY PTS?)DO YOU LEAN ON THE TEAM LOSING OR UNDER(WHICH IS A GOOD PLAY)

EX. TEAM DOWN BIG- YOU MUST ALWAYS CONSIDER THIER FIREPOWER(DO THEY HAVE THE PLAYMAKERS TO GET PTS QUIKLY.)

EX. HEAD COACH LIST COACHES THAT WILL PLAY NOT TO LOSE

EX. IS THE 2ND HALF LINE LESS SHARP AS THE GAME LINE BECAUSE LINEMAKERS DONT HAVE THE TIME?I THINK SO

EX.I WAS KEEPING INFO LAST YEAR AND IT SEEMS LIKE BETTING THE TEAM WHO IS DOWN WAS COVERING ALOT(AM I WRONG OR RIGHT)

EX. WHEN THE TOTAL IS VERY LOW IN THE 1ST HALF, DO YOU BET OVER 2ND HALF. OR IS IT BETTER, WHICH I BELIEVE , IS TO BET THE UNDER WHEN THE 1ST HALF IS WAY OVER

HOPEFULLY THESE LITTLE EX START GETTING YOUR JUICES FLOWING. LETS SHARE THE INFO. I KNOW THERES SOME CAPPERS THAT BELIEVE 2ND HALFS ARE TRULY WHERE ALL THE VALUE IS IN SPORTS GAMBLING NOW DAYS.

LETS GET SOME IDEAS, PRINCIPLES,ANGLES WE CAN ALL SHARE TO WIN THIS YEAR

THANKS IN ADVANCE

I cant list all of the correlating angles that I use for fear that the values will be adjusted. But for #1, I generally take the 2nd half under when one team is up by more than 16 points at the half. Team tendencies play a role in the size of the wager, as does the actual number, but this one situation is usually a 1.2% to 2% wager for me. I'll post as much as possible during the NFL season, hopefully this year is half as good as the last football season.

one other thing...

when a team is down at the half, dont look so much at the fact that since they are down that they should catch up. Look more at the 2nd half number. In other words if the team that is down at the half was a 4 point favorite but is down by 7, refer to what the line for the 2nd half WAS BEFORE the game started (-2, -2.5) and compare this to the halftime line. More often than not, there is value on the dog at the half. Things to consider: 2nd half team tendencies, is the team home or away, nuances of the game (is the score a fluke or is the dog dominating, rushing/passing for/against) etc, etc.

I like playing the 2nd half when I can see that team A is controling the line of scrimmage, playing with intensity, but otherwise hurt by turnovers and/or bad referee calls AND they are due to receive the 2nd half kickoff. I like to then jump on that team as soon as the half time line is released.
I know this is re football, but in bsktball especially if I am long a favorite who is blowing out the other team, I usually hedge half or more of my bet by playing the dog for the 2nd half. The potential of winning both ways is very achievable here and your risk is limited to losing part or all of the original win bet. I'll consider with football too, but it is not as consistent...bsktball has a way of scores balancing out and football has more potential for complete physical domination, especially college.
As far as an edge, if you know something from watching the first half and you jump on the line very quickly, you have more of an edge, assumiing your have good instincts and aren't out for self-destruction. I'm sure some of you have noticed the ability to size up who really wants the game from watching the opening half and in the case of the NFL especially, the team that is playing flat side is more often the team that fails to cover.
Playing the first half or quarterly lines is too tough, imo...unless you're betting TB and the other team can't score
