FIRST TIME POSTING..HELLO...EVERYONE....

Like to start off by saying...this is one hell of a site ..

and a great fourm..with a load of knowledgeable cappers...

( pro cappers that is... )

I’m from the great White North.. Canada..Hockey..is my focus ...

I have a book... ( 365 ) and also play Pro Line ( Ont )

And hopefully I can gain an inside track on your thinking

I would like to start of by asking a question...related to...

.....Parlays...... ( hockey would be the sport )

1/ why is this type of wager so popular ....

2/what type of parlay systems would work to your advantage

3/ when your parlaying up to 5 to 6 games...do you look for 1 or 2 or 3keys and box the rest of the games..or take 2 keys with wins and ties .......

4/ what are your favourite parley systems.. or theories or multiple combinations

Any impute on the above would greatly be appreciated...and once again... tip my hat off to you on the
this great site...

Thank You..for your time....

Parlays allow for a lower risk amount, but the payout is immediately lowered compared to playing the games straight.

For example, the possible number of outcomes for two games against the spread is 4. So your raw odds are 1 in 4, but the payout is only 2.6 to 1.

A 3team parlay has eight possible outcomes, but the payout is only 6 to 1.

The payout decreases with each added team.

With regards to Moneyline plays, as in hockey, the same math applies, though each game is calculated differently. Regardless of the starting prices for each event, the parlay payout will be less than the actual possible odds.

Not by much. But incrementally increasing with each added choice.

If you like more than one game, play them each straight.

Parlays are bad money management. But they do allow a 'lotto' type play if you like the fun of taking undue risk for a potential large risk/payoff ratio.
