Here is one I made for tracking baseball wagers. Those I have sent it to said it was pretty easy to use.

Date and Team are self explanatory
Under "line" you should type in the line in the format: -110, +220, etc

"Units" should be the wager size. In this case, "betting 1 unit" means to win 1 unit on favs, and to risk 1 unit on dogs

The only other input required is "W" or "L" when the game is over...change in units, win/loss record, etc should all update themselves from there.

Note that the PUSH column is not functional...just a carryover from something else I copied and pasted. If you do Push a total, you will have to enter it manually <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
