Anyone taking action tonight on Corley vs. Bailey? The UNDER 10 1/2 rounds looks fairly appealing, even at -200. Bailey has KOed all of his 26 wins, while Corley has done that for about half of his. Corley is predicting a round 6 KO.

With Bailey's two losses, he knocked down both of them multiple times before losing. My fear is that these guys might just cancel each other out and it'll be a decision win for Corley. That's at +155. Thoughts?

I think the fight is an UNDER play. I would be suprised to see them start the 10th round. I like Corely, but I usually don't lay a price. Maybe Corely by KO. On the undercard, I came in liking Machado, but the line has been pressed too high IMO. At plus 300 I have to pull the trigger on Perez. Mach likes to mix it up and can even be dirty at times. Might blow a contraversial close dec. But note Perez has only fought 1x outside on nicaragua..........and lost that fight.

Good to have you guys posting. I was one of those views. Thanks.

With bigger fights you will see more interest around here. We have a couple of guys here who offer some very good boxing analysis as well.

Hmmm...didn't wager on Corely, since I did indeed think these guys were too good to finish each other off. I did put a little down on Machado winning a decision...close, but no payout. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I don't think I've EVER won a boxing prop or wager. Lost $200 on Tyson (although I really expected to, that was just a pure 'fun' thing because of the odds), $1200 on Holyfield going over ten with Rahman, $100 on Machado...there must be more.

Thank God I know MMA. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

but,in my humble opinion you got jobbed on your machado play...i thought he clearly outworked the youngster despite the eye.....the last round was totally one-sided.....perez landed the heavier shots but fell asleep from the 9th or tenth round on...as we saw,the low blow point deduction decided the fight...i wonder who the don king fighter was....more than likely both were /infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif....g.l.

Yeah, this is one of the reasons I'm going to stay away from boxing. Even if you're a decent student of the game and make an educated call, you can get shafted with bogus decisions.

I think the point deduction and the HUGE mouse that closed Machado's eye were factors. It wasn't a horrible decision...bets aside, fight could be called a draw.

Joey, I'm real tempted to ante up big on Pulver on the 15th, but I really wish I had gotten him at -280. At -400, if he's silly enough to stand up with Bang, I'd want to throttle him myself. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Royler- I am in agreement. I thought -280 was even a bit high on Jens when I heard he wanted to stand and Bang with Pulver. Most amazing number out there right now is on this Black/Alessio fight. These lunatics pushed this number all the way up to -600. Absolutely ridiculous IMO. Layin 6-1 on the challenger. If I were on the other side of the counter on this UCC I would have no choice but to bet Ludwig, Alessio, and maybe against Andre. The numbers have just gotten too stretched out IMO.
