At Intertops, you can bet on what movies will be nominated for best picture at the Academy Awards. Granted, the odds for The Two Towers and Gangs of New York are 1.2 and the limit is $110 I think, but 20 bucks is 20 bucks! The Hours is another shoe-in.
I'd agree that it's not a lock, but I'm all over it. It's Scorsese's wanna-be masterpiece, and I don't think the Academy is going to want to snub him. It's got everything going for it except for it's somewhat muddled story.
I see it now. But last time I checked it wasn't there. It looks like they took off The Two Towers. That would've been my best selection. Good luck to ya.
