Tyson/Etienne Fight

from all indications it appears this fight will not take place.

but i am not waiting for it to be called off.

i am taking the black rhino +400 to win this fight.

the way i see it - if the fight doesn't come about i get a refund on this play and i am really only tying up my money for about 1 week - so no major loss there.

if it goes off - i think as whack tyson is he will do something stupid and lose this fight.

i think i know what mike had tattoo`ed on his face....it`s sort of a personal crest....the tattoo is a picture of a "smacked ass".....

can anyone find a picyure or a link to this tat that Tyson got on his face? IMO I think he will loose too, he is an idiot. He has not trained in a week, but yet he is ready to knock this guy out. OKAY mike, sure guy.

Looks like the fight is back on. The flu thing appears to be a bunch of b.s. something is going on with Tyson (shocker). He reportedly missed camp a couple of weeks ago and now this. I was ready to hammer the Tyson money line because I think Etienne is that bad but now I'm definitely not going that route. Spich is right, Tyson is a complete and utter idiot and will be until the day he dies. He is having some major problem now and god only knows what it is now. How much do you like this Spinch?

these odds are dropping faster than turds from a tall cow`s dukey shute....now -315....i had a little at +375(i think that`s what i had)...very small....i made that wager more on tyson`s foolishness than etienne....not something i`d normally wager on or recommend...

etienne has a good record,(24-1 w/ 17 k.o.`s)....but,although he looks imposing,and is a straight forward rumbler,he doesn`t have devastating punching power...he was knocked down 7 times vs fres oquendo(oquendo`s not to shabby,though)...and knocked down by frans botha.....one thing you have to say,though...the guy keeps gettin` up.....

mike is a shadow of his former self..very little bobbing and weaving....very little of the old devastating body work...is easily tied up...and bigger guys are starting to push him around...it`s land the bomb or nothing....and he tends to get frustrated the longer fights go...he doesn`t have that guy that he needs to force him to train and tow the line(a teddy atlas type of guy)...freddie roach is a damn good trainer....but,to much water under the bridge now...mike does what he wants...

with that said,you still figure mike is gonna catch an easy target like etienne...etienne doesn`t run from anybody...he`s a warrior....but that chin is suspect....if anybody got down on etienne early,you might be able to hedge this one...these oods are dropping...

mike is in a real "mike funk" right now...i can understand somebody taking a longshot with etienne...i played it very small...just to have something going....i`ll probably lose...and i`m not recommending it to anyone(unless you have a few dollars of disposable income)...

but,knowing what we know now,it would be very hard to lay 4-1 on mike vs anyone...

a sidenote.....clara harris (sentenced to 20 years for killing her husband)....the jury wouldn`t have given her such a stiff sentence,but after running over him twice,she went and got gas, then ran over him two more times(a little known factoid that very few are privy to )....what happened to the good old days when your woman only cut your d-ck off

Yeah I think I'm gonna just lay off this one. I have NO CLUE what to do on Jones vs Ruiz. This is the most intriguing matchup I have ever seen and I just cant cap it.

I've been doing pretty decent lately on college hoops. I'm waiting for the Northwestern vs Gophs line to come out tonight. I've seen both teams play (Minnesota alot) and this game is at Northwestern where they are hot off home wins against Purdue and Indiana. I dont expect Minny to be getting TOO many points in this one.
The Gophs are really coming around as of late and I think they are seriously underrated. Purdue played just shitty against NU and I say the Gophs are going to go in there tomorrow night and hammer them. I dont know how many points I'll be willing to lay, if its too high I will hammer the money line. Anyway, just want to give you a little quid pro quo Spinch even though I havent had the sense to follow your play lately. You really did talk me into laying off Austin though and I'm extremely grateful.

And just another note, I watched the HBO replay tonight and Ricardo Williams showed me ALOT. I am very impressed with his ability and his heart. I will be ON Williams for his next fight assuming he doesnt fight one of the top studs at 140.
