That's a talking point many elected dems are using...

If you're a registered dem and your dem elected offical is using this talking point *AND* if he/she voted in Oct 2002 to give Bush authority to make war... THEN YOU MUST DEMAND of him or her to answer WHY did you vote in the affirmative if no case for war was made.

All of this talk is pointless now. No offense, but since the decision to act has been taken, I won't be giving a lot of input except as the situation unfolds as far as the war. I want it to be quick and as bloodless as possible on both sides.

As the General notably said about the Marines, Semper Fi.

Patriot - You can't argue with RFC. In fact I would decline to discuss this situation with anyone who doesn't live in the US. It's really pointless because they don't want what's best for us, they only want to see us fail.

Patriot -- you certainly do not. there is no indication the Iraqis had anything to do with the WTC.

but hey your president is as unarmed as you in the wits department and may yet end up at war with the "axis of evil" countries and despised by 90+% of the worlds population.

Bottom line, irag harbors and promotes terrorism against US interest.
They have defied UN mandates for 12 years.
They had an active plot to assinate a US president.
Iragy nationals WERE involved with the first Trade center bombings, when there was no response from the war hero Clinton.
They fund palastinian terrorism.

al queda has trained in irag.

This has been documented by a man named Moonsor Ijaz, who worked for the Clinton admin.
He also was the mediator that set up the deal for the Sudanese to turn over Assama to Clinton, which Clinton naturally lied about then admitted to.
Ijaz is a writer for the (i think) ny finacial times who has several contacts in the mid east and is very credible, and he has said that the evidence is overwhelming of al queda and irag connections.He has said that there is some evidence of an irag/9/11 connection, although no concrete proof.But has said al queda and irag have had dealings.
