Yes. I just saw it.

It is very hard to understand what it says, because you can't spell at a third grade level and your English is horrible.

What I seem to be getting out of it is that you are attempting to change your position.

First, you say that Bush will win 45 states, but now you seem to be saying he will win 35-40 states. So in other words, you dont even believe the garbage you posted.

YOU stated that Bush would win 45 states. I didn't make that ridiculous statement - YOU did. If you want to make the bet based on that statement, I will do it in a heartbeat. The money must be put up in advance though. I have already made 4 bets on this board to be paid after the fact. I lost 2 and paid both times, I won 2 and got stiffed both times.

You can keep clowning on education all you want. I am sorry that you're so resentful toward those of us who have an education. Maybe if you had not dropped out in high school, you wouldn't be flipping Whoppers at 8 P.M.

I will be leaving the state for Thanksgiving Break and wont be back until Monday. I will read your idiotic response later.

Again, if you want the bet based on what YOU originally said then it is a bet. No changing your numbers to 35 or 40.

Dear Ms. Crabapple,
I am saying that if he wins 45 states you owe me a thousand dollars and if he wins 35 or less I owe you a thousand,Just because I don't agree with the terms of your wager does not mean I have backed off of my position....he may win 48 states if the economy goes as well as the economist predict, and things go better in Iraq..Its is a low point for Bush right now and he would still win 40 states.
If you want to use Florida as a barometer, he would beat any dem by 20 points in a poll taken today.
By the way, I have never in my life welched on a bet...You name the book or whatever you want to put up the money with and I'm there.
By the way there are a lot of smarmy educated assholes that work under me...and a lot more if I called it....With your aditude I can only say, wait till reality sets in with the real world.

Florida Poll: Bush Tops Dems by 20-Point Margin

NewsMax.com's Fr. Mike Reilly checks the latest polling on President Bush in Florida, and weighs in with some surprising results.

Don't look for a rerun of Florida's 2000 presidential election fiasco come November 2004, at least not if the latest survey conducted by Mason-Dixon Polling and Research is any indication.

President Bush now holds a 20-point lead in the state over his nearest Democratic Party rival, the Mason-Dixon poll finds, with 54 percent of Floridians backing his handling of the Iraq war and 52 percent saying he's done a good job with the economy.

"It's not a very pretty picture for Democrats," M-D pollster Brad Coker told the Orlando Sentinel, which commissioned the poll earlier this week.

Among the top-tier candidates, the Democrat who comes closest to Bush is Sen. Joe Lieberman. But he trails 56 percent to 36 percent in the M-D poll. Democratic front-runner Howard Dean does slightly worse with Floridians, trailing Bush by 23 points, 59 percent to 36 percent.

Bringing up the rear is Gen. Wesley Clark, who gets just 33 percent to Bush's 56 percent.

Noting the turnaround from 2000, GOP political consultant Ed Goeas told the Sentinel, "The cards are very much in the president's favor."

Still, some say it's too early to predict a landslide for Bush in the Sunshine State.

"Once the Democrats have a nominee, you'll see the race tighten pretty quickly," said Lance deHaven-Smith, a professor of public administration at Florida State University.

Patridiot,

The Pacers are going to win 75 regular season games this year. Yes, they will win 75 of their 82 regular season games. You want to bet $1000 on it ? COOL

OK, If they win 75 games you owe me $1000. If they dont win at least 15 games I owe you $1000.

F*ucking dumbass

With my "aditude" ? What the hell is "aditude" ?

The only way that anyone works under you is if your daddy owns the company and handed you a managerial position. There is NO WAY IN HELL you could ever earn a leadership position on your own. You don't even have a clue how to spell words that a third grader would be expected to have mastered.

Polls like these at this time are so prone to manipulation as to be meaningless. Common sense should tell you that Florida will be very tight.

Danny me boy you will be working for a lot of dumb bastards before its all over...you will find out that 2+2 does not always equal 4.I know a lot of guys like you.Your so much smarter than everyone else that you stay unemployed or unemployable because you consider yourself "overqualified" and underpaid for most positions.Let me tell you something your not going to get 6 figures to be a spellchecker.
Like i said you smarmy fxck just because I don't want to bet under your terms does not mean I won't back it up...I said Bush would win 45 states. Now, with that statment would I have been wrong if he won 42 or 48? No. My point was he would win by a huge landslide, and you know that....But being the conescending asshole that you are, your trying to show me up.Ain't going to happen. The reason your trying to show me up is because I am right on the substance of my statement so you have to split hairs...(same reason for making an issue of mis spelled words) reminds me of the phoney hanging chad argument.
If your serious about making a bet let me know.
I will pay you 1k if he does NOT win 35+ states. You will pay me 1k if he does win 45+ states....If you don't agree with it I won't call you a dumb bastard.
Anybody that as educated as you can tell that you have a clear advantage...if not try to get your money back.

I will bet you $1000 right now going by what you originally said.

You said "Bush will win 45 states next year"

I said " I bet you $1000 that he won't"

Now you want to change your position. I have to get back to work. I am on my lunch break and it ends at 1 P.M. I know you have more time then I do right now because you don't have to clock in at Burger King until later this evening.

If Patriot only uses words he can spell he will be reduced to four letter epithets. I notice he spells those quite well.

Patriot, I'm considering taking you up on your bet. My Question is who wins if it lands on 40 states exactly? A Push? Then an extra 500 for either (0-35) or (45-50)?

Do you have any ideas who we should post up with?

A few more things to flesh out.

-Does DC count? They have 3 electoral votes.

-The bet, I think, should be on popular vote within the state. Say North Dakota Voted Bush but a turncoat elector voted for the Green Party. It should still count as a Bush State. I know this doesn't happen that much, but it should be covered in the rules.

-Anything else?

FSB 40+. Is DC a state?...3rdly I don't know.

FSB winning a state is winning the electorate vote the same as it has always been for 200 years...This is why the USA is not a pure democracy (=mob rule), but a constitutional republic....This why Harlem and south central LA thankfully don't have full control of the agenda on how the country is run.
Also, a state that is won by the rules of the state counts...If it was done that way in the first place you wouldn't of had 25% of the bullshit that you had in florida...but the whims of the liberal activest judges of the fla. supreme court made up new laws as they went along.
The premise of the original debate on the bet, was Dean vs, Bush...no 3rd party, because Hillary is going to seperate herself from the party to show herself as a moderate dem or independent....(watch this I ain't shiting you)
she is the Manchurian canidate.
