I have a bad feeling for new years eve

Here in Germany they found a bomb at the airport in Frankfurt yesterday. Today it has been announced by the authorities that within the next few days terrorists with links to Al Quaida (Ansar el Islam ) are planning a suicide bombing against our mil. forces hospital in Hamburg. The same thread against the US Mil. Airport in Frankfurt. Some more threads by mailbombs against the director of the Bundesbank (mail has been send from Bologna, Italy) and the EU politician Prodi. Seems like we can expekt some horrible events happening within the next two days.
May god help us.

It really is sad that we are now obligated to living under continual paranoia. What a price to pay!

Problem is that even if you are right, retaliating against the civilians for the deeds of the government serves no true purpose.

I doubt that the people who died in the World Trade Center had much to do with what our government does overseas.

i doubt the civilians who died in iraq had much to do about saddams bad deeds or cared much about our political agenda, all I am saying is when you ruin the lives of others don't be all angry when they try to ruin your, and SHERMAN good response, i am going to venture and say you probably have a very low IQ, in fact i am posting a line

I love when the world comes to us for help as well.

We've made mistakes in our foreign policy but many countries view us as the world's police force and IMHO you have to take the good with the bad. Over the course of history we have reluctantly been involved in many conflicts after a country or the UN has asked the U.S. to get involved. Human beings make decisions and as a result not all are perfect. Unfortunately sometimes these decisions cost lives. Given some of the good things we have done, I'm willing to accept the errors as well.

it is not him who wants more people in heaven - it is us the human beings destroying ourselves. it is all the ****ing hateress between us and the people next to us. it is always that everyone wants to have more than he has that let us kill the others. it is all the religious fanatism. sometimes it really makes me sad when i think of only having 50 summers or so left on earth. do you really think there is a heaven? i do not think so anymore or why does innocent people get killed? or why did our catholic church praise the crusades in the middle age? I do not believe in anything anymore. it is all build up on lies. nowadays everything is build up on a nations ressources. we need more oil - let us start a war for it. we need more water - let us start a war for it. we need more food - let us threaten other nations by nuclear means. what the **** comes next? the next wars will be for water. have a look at most african nations which are in need for water. if they fight each other do you really think anyone in our world cares for it? no way. what happened to the white farmers in zimbabwe? they got killed. did any nation really care about it? no - it was in the news, some countries got their nationals out of there and that is it. really sad

I hate this "living in fear" shit, but given the "grave manner" in which the US issued it's last warning, it was painfully apparent that they more or less expected something to happen.

I'm not sure I'd have the balls to spend tomorrow night in Times Square....there is just no way to protect people with a mob like that.
