You answered your own questions. The person that is to blame for the children is saddam.
The USA will save children in the long run.

Do you know who is responsible for the murder of the most muslims in the history of the world? Saddamm Hussein...your hero.
Jesus get a fxckin clue.
Do you know what country is responsible for 2 million afghan children now going to school more than a year ago? My country the USA.
Do you know what country is donating 3 BILLION dollars to countries in Africa to combat AIDS?
My country the USA.
Thanks for posting those pictures it is more proof of why the US should shitcan Saddam.

Wow

ANFAL CAMPAIGN

The Government of Iraq carried out a genocidal campaign against the Kurds during 1988, near the end of the Iraq-Iran War. It was conducted under the codename “Anfal.” The Anfal was a campaign carried out in several stages primarily between February and September 1988 and was to be the Iraqi government’s permanent solution to the Kurdish problem.

Pat and Uncle: right on mark

Grantt: You've already stated that you are against ANY war for ANY reason. Every single time I see the 'how many children' argument I just shake my head. It means you're no longer arguing whether the war should be fought on the merits of the situation, it means you've dropped all pretense and gone straight for the emotional arguments.

If you are so damned concerned about the deaths of Muslim children, what about those who Saddam has either had killed to shut up the dissidents, those he's killed by diverting the money in the 'money for oil' program to his military efforts, or to those he could threaten with RX nerve gas and anthrax in some other country?

But, with all due respect, you're not interested in debate but hand-wringing and ignoring the regime responsible.

I don't care which side you're on, this is thread is very offensive as well as disrespectful to the dead in these fotos.

They call Saddam the butcher of Bagdad. So you condone his murderous ways. You can't have it both ways.

THE FINAL AUTHORITY

Well, kaya man, my suggestion is to not open this thread again.

Maybe the term "the ugly truth", is applicable here.

I am not going to obstain from posting photographic evidence of what has happened, why would i?

Guess you missed a lot of history classes in High School, due to the "offensive" nature of a few subjects.

Kaya man sorry but only your government likes to sugar coat war with terms like freindly fire and military incedent to describe such grotesqnous.

Uncle Butternuts,

This is not history class it's a posting forum. The "ugly truth" here is that these pics are a weak sensationalistic attempt to make an opinionated point. That makes it cheap and disrepectful to the dead represented in the images.

You answered your own questions. The person that is to blame for the children is saddam.

Great logic.
So, by this reasoning, I can go walking down my block lobbing grenades into every backyard and then blame the homeowners themselves when the children die?

Time for a barbeque...

Oh, and the weapons Saddam used against the Kurds?
From the good ole US of A.

Far less than Saddam. In the long run many more will live to see adulthood.

Considering France and virtually every other so called first world nation scores higher in education than the U.S. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you are American you are from one of the idiot nations of the world statistically speaking. But who wants to believe facts right?

brawn over brains can only sustain nationhood for so long, which is why both USA and France are free and democratic, and also why only one dares to dissent.

From a poster I saw once:
Freedumb doesn't work. We have to stay smart to stay free.
