Do you guys think George Bush has basically ruined our country? And ruined it for the world basically?

No, of course not. But that doesn't mean he hasn't caused harm. And his people pile on some of the problems too. All he has is poor Powell to try to go in after the damage is done and give the "come on guys, we aren't that bad" speech.

Not single-handedly, but he took us in the wrong direction and set the wrong tone. But our structure is so strong that I think it can be overcome in time with the right leadership. It will be much mmuch more difficult, however, if George W. Bush is not defeated this November. Thankfully (and I wasn't as convinced before tonight), John Kerry appears to be up to the task.

They could have pulled the trigger on OBL but didn't because the liberals woulddn't think that was "very nice".

Not true or at least the way it's worded. Americans have just as much selection as they did in '98. If you're referring to the security screenings, that affects every traveller coming to or leaving from the United States not just Americans. All 3 of my vacations this year have been smooth. The longest wait to pass through the security checkpoint was not quite 30 minutes. I'd rather not wait through that but it's not the major hassle you make it out to be.

No Bush has just made it so Americans as a whole are now hated overseas more than ever.

Why do you keep calling the Iraqi slaughter a war. How many war planes did the Iraqi's have to defend themselves with.

Bush, Cheney, Dumbsfeld, Wolfowitz, Rice and Asscroft should all be tried for their crimes against humanity.

The first 4 should also face international charges for war crimes, and should be imprisioned for the remainer of their miserable lives inside an Iraqi prision.
