Update on recent offshore sportsbook complaints received

The overall picture is not bad as of this moment. I have received very few in the past month plus. There have been some, but mostly for minor issues and that is nice. I am likely to be jinxing myself here, but I thought a good idea to share that I have not been that busy with alot of these issues recently. Positive news to share I believe. Let's hope that it stays calm and that many of the questionable bonus issues/complaints are becoming less of a problem.

If you do have a problem with any sportsbook and/or a payout, feel free to contact the Rx staff for any help we may be able and provide.

but how many people really do u help get paid? does a book or a player ever pay up when there is an issue? are these complains just a way to vent but to no payouts...

Many, Many players have gotten paid when arbitration is used. Most of the time, books and players alike are cooperative and willing to work out an issue.

SD, i am sure general will do what he can to help you with your millinium problem, the one you posted as "jim F"....

but when you come in as another ghost "samardee" and try to support your other poster persona, it does tend to lessen your credibility...

Give the general a chance, he has done this before, and helped many..

General-

You're probably not getting a lot of complaints because it's not Football season. It seems to me that the books tend to go down in flames in September, if they overdid advertising or bonuses or understaffed. The books that fail at the end of Football, had a weak season and get killed during the more volatile playoffs and stiff the players (but still take deposits for the Superbowl).

Don't worry, General, I'm sure business will pick up in a few months.

Yeah, I think so to as accounts are loaded for football. We will do what we can to help as problems arise. We win some, we lose some. Atleast there is effort.

Hey General I have a problem with Instant Action Sports. The managers name is Fred. Heres the problem get this. I won a little money with this book and when I went to order a payout they had told me that I had ordered a Western Union for the amount of $2500. This western Union was picked up in the state of MISSOURI when I live in Upstate New York.The book went back and listened to the tape and it was not me. Instant Action told me someone must of gotten my user information. I said do you know how far Missouri is from New York? So Instant Action has been giving me the run around ever since. They tell me they are waiting to hear back from Western Union. The manager Fred never returns my calls I leave messages all the time he is harder to get a hold of than president Bush. I did receive the money I requested for my payout In small portions over a long period of time but I never got my $2500 which is in limbo and Im still getting the run around for. This process has been going on since the end of April.I am a big bettor and I hope Instant Action Sports pays me this money. Not only will they lose my business but i have two friends of mine that also bet with them that Instant Action Sports will lose also. All over $2500 that was taken out of my account mysterously?
