If it was and you paid back 700.00 like you said they can't do anything criminally to you..it is a civil matter as they accepted part payment.Even if you paid them only 1.00 and they accepted it they can only chase you in a civil court.I am not one for funny business but the assholes behind prepaidatm are some of the biggest crooks around.f em'

dude they are a payment processor in the US working with offshore gambling sites. You shouldnt be doing that to begin with.
Add to that that the owner is scum and his son is worse. he got away with murdering an akron girl a few years back, but now has been arrested again this week for rape and assault. and is being held, 50 million bail this time.
He is GONE. No matter how many lawyers daddy pays for. They are still considering re charging him with murder.

Akron- Denny Ross was free on bond waiting for the justice system to decide if he will be retried for the 1999 killing of an 18-year-old woman when, police say, he beat and raped a woman he met in a bar Tuesday night.
Friday, Ross was in Summit County Jail under a $50 million bond after a 32-year-old woman told police he raped her at knifepoint, punched her in the face and threatened to kill her if she called police. The woman, who had a broken jaw and fractured
