When asked if the Red Sox was a possible team he could finish his career with as a DH. The steroid abuser said, "Boston is too racist for me". Bonds sure knows how to make friends!

he is going on crap from the early 1900's when boston was accused of being racist becuase they were the last team in the leauge to have a negro play for them. he is going on stuff he heard from his dad, and admitted as such in that statement.

of course it hasnt been like that in over 60 years, but barry having his dad chew his ear off for so long probably had a profound effect on him.

NYC does not compare to Boston in terms of beauty. i remember last year in the alcs all the trash just flying around on the field which is typical of the city. . .you can have barry and beltran and any other loser you can muster. it does not matter.

griffey is greater than bonds. thats the kid. thats the guy everyone talked about before his injurys. missed a few years, but now back. going to hit 500 HR's and still young. no roids, no body armor, has the balls to play in the AL, doesnt get upset when he gets chin music, and actually talks to the press. saying barry bonds is the greatest is a genocide that never ends
