TOW doesn't make things sound mickj. I have just spent 5 days there talking to the Authorities, the Shareholders, the former CEO.

There is a ( very remote ) opportunity that the final solution might be achieved in a very short time. However this opportunity is currently not there.

I don't aim to ruffle Roberto's feathers ( He's the only hope, left ! ).
What I don't understand is the financiang behind Roberto's multiple trips to Panama ! Who is backing that expense ?
Panama is BS, They can't have any gov't ! For 500k , or so they shoot themselves in the foot !
I will never play at a book ,from that country ,EVER again.
I'd wish them a 9.0 earthquake, but that would only injure innocent , poor people, not the guilty parties !

Thank you for posing the question. I have financed my trip to Panama, along with phone calls and everything else.
Some of the players who have received partial or full payment have donated 10% of what they have received towards these expenses.
Their donations to date cover approximately 25% of all the expenses I have incurred into.
I understand, and to a certain extent share the frustration deriving from the dragging along of this issue. However I do have a more positive opinion of the Panamanian Authoritites.
Posters with a juridical background may better understand the implication behind Betpanam not being licensed.
As Betpanam's lawyers highlighted in this scenario neither shareholders should comply with the laws nor Authorities have juridical grounds to intervene or impose themselves.
In spite of this the Government has indeed decided to intervene and force shareholders to meet their obligations. This is something that many others would have loved to see in Antigua ( Alladin ) or Curacao ( Aces ) but didn't happen. Huge difference IMO.
