I already have one here locally, but they have done some dumb shit lately and i would like to find another bank, mostly to be able to use my ATM/Debit card and do ACH withdrawals and Deposits to and from Neteller/Prepaid ATM.
Can anyone recommend a bank for me? Or at least tell me who NOT to use. Someone with national appeal preferably so i can use the ATM card locally and not get nailed every time would help. I think even someone like Ameritrade had a checking card/account like this, but not 100% sure.
