Thanks to the DRF

Thanks to the Daily Racing Form for sponsoring a great contest. DRF/HastingsPark sponsors a contest where you can win up to $ 100.00 cdn. I realize thats not much cash but its better than a kick in the balls.

There are several local newspaper/handicappers who they classify as experts. If you finish higher than all of them they put your name in a weekly draw for $ 50.00.

Anyways I finished tenth in the first week and beat the experts, so i was put in the draw and...I WON...
They sent me an email followed by a cheque in the mail about 4 days later... which I sent back into my HPI account..

I know its only $ 50.00 but still very cool of the DRF and HASTINGS PARK.

Congrats PRJ, where did Tuley finish?

Despite loving the channel and it's featured tracks, I find the less that I leave the tube on TVG..the better off my wallet is.

DRF is a great rag & also has a very nice website.

Not sure if Tuley was in it being a Canadian track and all...

Tuley's great though...Great articles and insight...He has my dream job.

The DRF is a must if you wager at all on the ponies...IMO

I find my TV on Horses a good 12 hours a day..Its almost too convienent having the horses on the dish, DRF online, and numerous phones and 2 computers at the house......
