quote:
Betpanam's Bond - The bond does in fact exists, however it is issued in the name of the licensing Company ( through which Betpanam should have been sub licensed ). Due to the fact that Betpanam never applied for a sub license , International Cybergaming, the Company holding the only Panama's master license, is not to be considered liable for the Sportsbook, therefore the Bond may not be executed.

This Panam Govt could have made such a huge stride if they would have been cool here. Instead, they chose to steal. It is as Rogue in Panama as any country if not worse. Chances are that they will continue to get Books and chances are that we will have to continue to remind posters about this crime.

What I know for sure is that the Government of Panama is extremely embarassed by this debacle. I see as extremely positive that they have won the normal tendency of public entities and have decided to take a strong stand in the attempt to "oblige" the owners of Betpanam to come clean. They have seemingly greatly contributed to the agreement reached last night after 6 days. Other jurisdictions have turned their heads and looked elesewhere when such scenarios occured.
