...remember, all it takes is one win, just ONE win in game 5, and despite the fact that they'll be down 3-2 in the series, they will be favored to close it out and win at home.

Whenever the new series line comes out, it may provide the best underdog value since the Clippers beat the Blazers (?) outright at +15.5 and a line of +700 or so...

Dogs, if you think that the Lakers have a chance, just take the moneyline in game 5. Why even take a chance on the series because you would get a decent payday on the Lakers. I really think that the Lakers are done next game and the oddsmakers seem to agree with that too. Good luck anyways.

Home court pretty much means nothing now, if it ever did. After four games of TOTAL domination, how can you say the Lakers are magically going to change things around and beat the Pistons three straight times in a row? Give me a break.

I remember years ago when my beloved Celtics were down 3-1 to the SIXERS and everybody was counting them out.

At the time, they were confronted with winning a home game, away game, and another home game..............in that order.

I thought to myself as fan, that the ONE away game was the big game for the series win.

I think the Lakers have a similar mind set.......if they can win just the NEXT road game, they will feel supremely confident that they will win the title back in LA.

This series is FAR from over.

ps- Hope it is, because I dislike the Fakers with a passion.

I know this sounds crazy but, its a new week for local books! Players that loaded up on the Lakers last night to bail them out for the week with their locals got buried instead! A beginning of the week and the LAKERS will win game 5 and probably game 6 but a cover on game 6 who knows! I knew the Lakers would Fu-- up last night cause the books hardly lose on closeout games for the week!
