I watched the first couple of weeks of this show on the Discovery Channel and thought it was good.
It's basically a rehash of other casino documentary sort of shows but with a reality kind of twist to it. They show more about how the employees yell at each other behind the scenes about different things. Sometimes I think they exaggerate a little because they know the cameras are on but it does show how these jobs of catering to casino patrons, etc. are not as easy or glamorous as they seem to most people.
As an FYI, here's what they will have the next two weeks on the show based on the Episode Guide:
Episode 3
A highly competitive blackjack tournament is mired in controversy; the stressed executive staff goes out on the town for a wild and rollicking tour of Las Vegas' hottest ultra lounges.
premiere: June 18, 2004
Episode 4
Race-book enthusiasts visit Santa Anita to participate in the largest pick-six race ever, while the casino's cocktail waitresses struggle with management's plan to change all their shifts.
premiere: June 24, 2004
