Ive heard Day After Tomorrow has great effects, but is "unrealistic"........Chronicles of Riddick could be the beginning of Vin Diesel's career taking a nose~dive.......

Day after is good esp part when Yankee Stadium is destroyed. Not really, still a good movie.

Riddick has been getting bashed but I liked it. After the 1st half hour I was tempted to walk out, it is kinda cheesy and the direction is bad in parts, but, after a while it started to gain momentum and I really liked the end. DAT was pretty good too, might be a safer bet as a lot of peeps didn't like Riddick.

Yes, the "effects" were good. But I guarantee you already saw all the best ones in the trailer.

and "unrealistic" is an understatement. Shrek is more realistic than this piece of crap

Saw C of R today, not a bad action flick. Kinda reminded me of the Conan the Barbarian series. Not as good as the original Pitch Black, but definately worth the $10.00. If you have already seen Kill Bill 2, Troy and Man on Fire, this is definately your choice. I think Vin Diesel is a credible and likable action star!!!
