Customer retention baby!!! People score pretty large on those and like they do in the contests, they tell their friends. Sure those games hurt, but all of the games that don't land more than overcome the hits we take on games like last night!

At the risk of speaking for someone else I believe Rio Shill is referring to the Pistons-Lakers game 2 final score of 99-91. The line was consensus 8 so if you played with the Skybook free half point you had to win no matter which side you bet.
