Todays Royal Promotion Hoax

So I get this E Mail yesterday. 50.00 Bonus Play on the Belmont, winner only, 5X rollover.

So, I call, wtf I'll take a chance on a long shot, nothing to lose.

CS Transfers me to Richard in marketing. Richard never heard of the promotion but they are offering 20.00 free trifecta. Kiss1 says "that's not what my E Mail says."

Richard responds by saying "forward me a copy of your E Mail and if that is what it says I'll honor it."

I forward the E Mail and he E Mails me back with "you need to deposit a hundy and I'll honor it."

I E Mail him back with "Where in the E Mail does it say I am required to deposit anything"
( It's not on the E Mail anywhere )

Richard responds with "That is the promotion. You will get the normal bonuses, plus the $50 dollar play. I feel this is quite generous. I apologize for any misunderstanding."

Don't mail a promo you have no intention of completely honoring, it makes you look like "chumps."

This promotion is based on a $100 dollar deposit gives you a $20 free trifecta on top of your normal bonus. I apologize it was not just a free wager. In your case, you were able to receive $50 + bonus on a $100 dollar deposit. Short of just giving away money, I do believe this to be a fair offer. We ran an Indy 500 Promo where we did offer free money. Unfortunately that was a problem for you as well per your other post. What I suggest is to contact me so I can arrange something for you in this case.

I didn't call back because I'm not interested in any of your "free" offers of bets or bonus's any longer. There is nothing in your e mail about a 100.00 deposit. Here is a copy and paste job from the fine print at the bottom of the e mail. Would you like me to upload the entire e mail and post it here ?

You sounded like a nice guy on the phone earlier this morning. It's nothing personal buddy, it must really suck working for an outfit that stiffs players and sends out hoax e mails.

personally i have not played with you for many months and have never been stiffed although i was stalled on 2 different occasions with som b.s stories. As bad as this sitution is, you guys have to remember, in order for you guys to get paid what you are owed, Royal must continue to try and do business with others. Unfortunately, what you have to do is root/hope for those "others" to keep losing so you can get paid in return.........

Royal has a promotion right now for 20% Bonus Play on EVERY deposit or 10% back on losses plus 10% bonus for the rest of the NBA season.

I imagine it will bring in some deposits. I would also imagine the Royal staff will be wearing Pistons jerzees.
