Ivan,

Either you're def or you don't want to listen. The Gaming Board has its hands over the management of Betpanam's payouts. There have been technical delays I am aware of ( not any party's fault ).

I'm heading to Panama this coming Wednesday evening, and expect this to be my last trip to Panama for this reason.

DougJ. It is in a books best interests to bail one out specially if the person being bailed out is a degenerate. The Book will quickly get their money back and then have a guaranteed steady stream of income.
