Gargle with warm, salted water which has a squirt of FRESH lemon juice. Get yourself 1000mg of vitamin C and take one now after eating and one at night.

Forget the OJ - the acid will just aggravate your throat. Dont bother with any of the OTC stuff either - its not curative.

If it persists for more than 2 days go see a Dr and get antibiotics.

True to my knowlegde as well. If an infection, then antibiotics may be needed.

Using listerine is a myth used in years past which needs to be debunked. Listerine for sore throats, witch hazel for fevers, etc..

How old are you?

Boil 1 qt water........let cool.

Add.....

2 TBS. sea salt
1/2 cup hydrogen perioxide

Stir

Rinse/Gargle for 30 seconds

Repeat every 2 hours for 8 hours.

If problem persists, try something else......... and if that doesnt work find a cheap quack.

Go to a walgreens or local pharmacy and find a package of fisherman's friend. Those little guys do the trick for me!

Listerine works for a sore throat! Could just be the numbing affect or placebo but I'll take it!

Gather the following:

1/2 cup peanut shells
teaspoon salt
6 drops iodine
teaspoon cat urine
1 gram of the stuff inside a "D" cell battery
1/4 oz of grass clippings
2 boiled chicken livers

Combine all but the chicken livers in a pot and boil for 2 hours, adding water as needed so mixture does not boil dry.

While above is boiling, grind chicken livers into a paste and set aside.

When boiling is complete, strain contents and reserve the liquid.

when cool, Gargle with liquid and smeer the chicken liver paste on your penis.

Wait one hour, if you still have a sore throat go to the doctor and tell them that you followed the advice of some guy from an Internet gambling posting forum and your not sure if it is working.
