I downloaded Ultimate Bet and participated in their free roll tournaments this morning. After four hours and whittling down from 1000 to 40 and having a good chip count, the tournament froze up. They have zero customer service, I emailed them and got back an email 3 hours later stated that because of high volume it takes them time to break tables up. I am very disappointed in their response, or lack of one, and wrote them to express my displeasure.
Many of my poker playing friends recommended this site, and I was contemplating posting up with them. As of now, they have removed all doubt as to whether I will ever play with them again due to their lack of caring on this matter.
