I recxently signed up at a respectable book just to have another out. make 95% of my plays on hte net so I call in a couple of plays from work the last couple of days seeing how my company's firewall won't let me get this certain book online.

I call the book and just gave them my ACCOUNT #. That was it. No password, no other means of verification. I was kind of perturbed that a highly reccomended book would just book wagers under any account without any means of knowing it is the account holder calling them.
Any of my other outs have ALWAYS asked for account # and password. Not sure what to think.

I would think that is NOT normal....but I rarely call in...I know Oly and Pinny as for your pin and password they have on me anyway, that said getting them to UNDERSTAND it across the phone lines that seem to go in and out is another story

Yeah Dante... getting these guys to read you a line is ****ing nerve racking when you know the lines in hoops right now are only off by a half point and if you don't hear them clearly, you might be pplaying the wrong side. The C.S. agent yesterday sounded like she had a sock stuffed in her mouth and the manager was

on her for the entire call. Is it that tough to getFLUENT ENGLISH spoken at these books?
