I have 32,000 in post up money with betpanam thru neteller. My current balance stands at 38,000.

Like most of you I have been waiting for 4 months but have not gotten any payout.
Roberto has been trying to help me get paid.

My betpanam balance is the majority of my bankroll. I have had faith and have been waiting patiently. It has become very stressful and I am in need of the money. I am not getting any feedback and management is never there to take my calls.
Even neteller has tried helping me get back my post-up but to no avail. Yet I don't understand why they continue to do business with betpanam despite knowing them to be a dishonest operation.

Roberto informed me betpanam would settle for 20k. I find that insulting. They take 32,000 in post-up and offer to return me only 20 of it?? That is like purposely STEALING 12k of my money.

I know they have the money. My offer to them is to pay the 20k this week and pay the remainder of my balance 6 months from now. I think that is more than fair.

Doesn't help now but live and learn. You'll get past this. Look to other means. Don't count on anything in this situation. I assume you have all the pertinent contacts in this matter. Negotiate the best you can. (F'd up deal, negotiating for your own money.)

These guys for some reason have tried to hang in there, paying some debts it appears. Many would have been long gone. But with all the negative pub, regaining viability anytime soon is a longshot. Try to cut your losses the best you can.

Just my opinions. Best Wishes.

That sucks man, I know exactly what that's like as I've been stiffed for about $25k by various crooks over the past few years.

I dream of a day when I meet an Al Qaeda operative and talk him into doing a suicide attack at a place where a few of these crooks are hanging out. It's a shame innocent people have to be the victims when there are plenty of targets out there that would improve the state of humanity.

Best of luck in any case.

Dude...I know where you are coming from. I have been dealing with ESB not paying me for 6 months now. If I were you, I would take the payout and run!

Did you ask neteller why they continue to do business with betpanam?

Did you ask Roberto for help when he intially went down to panam a few weeks ago?

Persoanlly I think your offer is very fair. If they have 20k now, let them give it to you. But by no means should they be allowed to get away with only paying you 50 cents on the dollar.

DrBigZ,

As privately mentioned I do understand your frustration as I do understand the frustration of other 73 players I'm aware of.

As far as the settlement offer you will agree that for first have advised you not to take it, since, albeit your desires of getting paid fast, the offer had a string to a six months payment plan.

You well know that throughout our private correspondence you have been the one setting deadlines, in a situation where deadlines are the least of concerns, as payment of dues is the primary one.

Please don't be mistaken : in the even the bond should be cracked you would be looking forward a waiting period between 4 to 6 months before receiving your monies. But if I recall right I have privately reported this information to you at least twice.

Although is borderline with being unacceptable you have to make the attempt to understand that a lot is happening behind the scenes.

To avoid precipitation of events almost anything can be disclosed at this time. Please look forward an official update subject to be posted within the next half an hour or so.

Just wonder why ANYONE would send 32K as a post up to a new shop! Endorsed or not! When there are so many established shops out there where your 32K would've been more safe!

Drbigz,

Can you email colin@neteller.com and ask him straight out, why neteller is continuing to do business with betpanam. I think a lot of us would like to know the answer to that. I was under the impression they were gpoing to start cutting off stiff books

That's true, but it doesn't explain why they left it set as two-directional.

For a now-publicly traded company, they've got some questionable operating practises. Lucky for them they're the only game in town, as far as speed, efficiency, and availability.

Clevfan,

If you have a chance, why don't you investigate the canadian laws pertaining to money transfer companies like neteller. I'm no lawyer and I don't know the US laws, let alone Canadian laws. But I don't think regulators in eihter country would approve of a compnay that knowingly and gladly will transfer a customers money to a known con artist for a fee of 3.9%

Mark my words, if neteller doens't clean up their act, the day will come when the wrong person is going to get stiffed. And that person is going to come to one of these forums and discover that the book that stiffed him was a known stiff joint. And since he can't go after them in COsta Rica, he will go after neteller. And that's when neteller is going to come crashing down in flames

from experience neteller doesn't give a F*** about players who have/had money stolen by nonpaying books, they let them keep taking deposits with no concern in the world.

General,

Seems clear from the fact that neteller has taken no action against betpanam, that the quote you copied from the interview with neteller's ceo was a complate lie.

SPeaking of helping players with no pay books whatever happened with blue marlin. Neteller cliamed that blue marlin had a small balance left in their account when they went under and they would distribute thse moneies to the players who were owed. Has any player who was stiffed, and contacted neteller recieved a dime of that money or was that also a lie, and did neteller simply keep the money for themselves.

I am not sure of what happened exactly Marc. We were able to get several people bailouts but as for Neteller, I do not know.

I sent fedex requested documents to the Ministry of Panama. They have recieved it. I am expecting the Panama Gaming commission to crack the bond and pay me.
