There have been several recent posts regarding the introduction of a new payment processing system under the name of PMcash. We wish to provide some clarification and an update as to the origin and structure of PMcash, along with an assurance of its strength and credibility, and to address any security concerns that may have been raised.

PMcash has been developed by a group that is closely connected to PayManager. As many on this forum may or may not know, PayManager (www.paymanager.net) has been providing payment services to the majority of large operators in the industry for over 5 years. PayManager has never been publicly advertised, nor is accessible by the general public, as its business model has always been to offer back office processing directly to the sportsbooks. Even without knowing it, thousands of players have been receiving service from PayManager via these books. Some players may recall receiving check payouts with the PayManager logo on them. In all the years PayManager has been doing business with the larger sportsbooks in the industry, those books have had nothing but stellar service particularly in the area of security, availability of information, customer service, and in the confidence that their funds are properly managed and there when they request them. PayManager’s service often fills gaps left as jurisdictions change rules that make it difficult to work with banks.

In an effort to expand its services to this and other industries, and to the end user, PayManager has developed PMcash as a safe and secure payment system that is somewhat similar to PayPal and Neteller, but with many improvements on the system and services provided. One major difference between PMcash and the other services will be the fact that its not domiciled in the US or Canada, nor does it conduct banking in US jurisdiction, and will not be subject to the type of scrutiny that those companies must endure, which means also that the customer’s data will remain intact, private and secure at all times.

PMcash will be managed as a separate entity from PayManager, as its focus will be on the end user customer, with PayManager focusing on the merchant side as it has always done. The company is preparing to launch and is in the process of deploying and testing its system with several large operators to ensure that all the bugs are worked out before full deployment. At this time, the company is able to accept signups, to link users’ bank accounts and to complete transactions including funding of accounts and payouts. Currently we can conduct transactions with some test merchants, two of which at this time are Millennium and Cascade. As more merchants are added, PMcash will provide this information to the industry.

Please be assured that PMcash will be managed under the same strict guidelines for financial management, security and confidentiality as has been provided by PayManager to Sportsbooks and their customers over the past 5 years. The office is open and staffed with customer service reps ready and willing to take calls and to answer any questions that users may have in respect to the service, security, or rates. Any questions or comments can be emailed directly to PMcash at service@pmcash.com or customers can call 011-501-223-1463, or 011-501-223-1867. Any further posts on this issue will be addressed directly by our PMcash customer service manager, Ms. Jundi.

Sincerely,
Management
PayManager Limited.

this has got to be a joke...

you resort to posts made in forums to drum up business?

how about buying some ad space..

this should be moved to the promotions forum as NO ONE asked about this service, NO ONE inquired about this service.

UNLESS YOU COUNT THE GUY YOU HIRED TO POST THE QUESTION: has anyone heard of PMCash?

This is crazy, Hire a guy to make a post asking about your company and then answer yourself.... VERY SNEAKY way to get out of BUYING SOME AD SPACE!!!!!

I thought weak as well, but now the posters can see that this is a dangerous route for now.

Spider Monkey,
Checks are cut in the form of a bank draft from a foreign bank, which may in turn be drawn on a US bank, or are cut from a 3rd party vendor. PMcash will not directly bank in the US.

Buddy boy, this post was in no way intended to be an advertisement. We will advertise officially on this site as well as various other media. The post was intended to clarify the miscommunication in the past posts. I will admit that the person who posted originally did know of the service, but we in no way intended to promote using that type of technique. Hopefully you can look beyond all that to realize that PMcash comes from a strong and legitimate background, and will provide a much needed and improved alternative to an industry that needs as many options for payment processing as are out there.

All the best.

General,
We are in the process of installing the toll free line. Unfortunately not being in North America does have its disadvantages. The number should be up and running within the next 7 - 10 days.

well I was hoping more for "stand up guys with deep pockets.."

oh well... sounds like you guys might have your crap together (phones, customer service, public relations) in a few years, too bad you currently react by making knee jerk decisions about how to introduce your product/service to the world.

Buddy Boy, you are so right, this was never our intention to launch our product this way. As i said in my post, we still consider ourselves to be in the testing phase, although we are open for business. This post was necessary to get the word out that we are not any of what was alluded to in the past posts.

We have not yet approached Pinnacle, as they are not one of our PayManager merchants, as our marketing continues, we will approach them.

Ms. Jundi, there was a poster here, pretending not to know anything about your company, even when asked, then all of a sudden he knows everything, he said he knew the operators? His name escapes me, but are you aware of the credibilty damage he did for you here? Thank You...OF

Yes, we are aware of that, thus the reason for coming on ourselves. The person that was on does know a bit about the product through one of the principals, and took it on himself to do some of what he though was anonymous promotion. That was never our intention, nor was it endorsed or setup by us. It would be rather foolish to launch a product under false pretenses, particularly one that concerns the holding of money.

Yes, he did you a real disservice. Made a real bad first impression. I appreciate you visiting us yourself, and speaking candidly. I may reconsider, but now I have the conflict of wondering why he did what he did, without the approval or knowledge of your company. Whatever his reasons, it could not have gone worse. I wish you and PM Cash the best. I will be an observer for now, because of him...OF
