Too bad you guys don't get to watch CBC as they broadcast the national anthems...

for me it really gets me into the game & you can feel the electricity even at home in your living room.

Told you guys before Game 2, TB will win games 2 and 3.. No need to change my mind now.. This game should be similar to game 2.. Come on guys, Tampa is really the better team here.. Calgary has a lot of gut and plays with a lot of emotion but talent wise, TB is the team.. I do believe Calgary will win game 4 and this series will go 6 or 7 games but Game #3 belongs to Tampa.. Go Bolts..

understand your point SSI, but the same could have been said about Vancouver, then Detroit...Then San Jose...NO?

with three of the next 4 in their own barn I have got to beleive at this point Calgary has the upper hand...

Savant guess we will see soon enough... anaheim made a similar run last year, on a lot of heart and goaltending.. surely you can see that Tampa's offense is superior to Calgary's.. defense is close.. all around you have to side with TB, looks like the books still think so.. TB is still a pretty nice favorite to win the cup.. However its not impossible for calgary to win this thing,, they are playing with a ton of emotion and heart, great desire shown on their part and that goes a long way.. I really expect TB to win this thing in 7, possibly 6.. but hey, ive been wrong many times before.. My money is already down on tampa for tomorrow, i guess that says enough..

There's always next year, like in 75, 90-93, 99 &

This one has the makings of a classic.

3-2 Calgary in OT

SS,
I believe Calgary has a losing record on the road in this year's playoffs. There success has been mostly on the road where they're something like 9-3 (or so, I forget the exact record).

Who said we don't watch CBC? Oh those guys on ESPN who also miss the "enlightened" colour commentary of Don Cherry, former coach and GM of Boston.

I'm also expecting a close, hard fought game with little scoring. Maybe the under is the best value?

Hi lander, well aware of that stat but is not the kind of stat that I really find relevent in this case...it is more of a fluke stat & would only play a miniscule factor in my decision on wether or not to play this game...so far I am a pass, haven't had too much time to think about it

Looking at Playoff home/road records I see the Flames 4 and 5 at home while the Lightning are 5 and 2 (losing 2 in Philly) on road. I can't help but feel the Bolts will continue to out work Calgary in game three. Special teams make the difference - give me Tampa -1.5 +252 (PINN). for a unit.

wil...I would have to agree that the probability of the BOLTS winning by two although less than 50% is definatly greater than the odds presented at +252.

Ok, I'm an American, I like TB speed, I lean to Tampa, Tampa has made adjustments for that Calgary short handed poppycock play I figure, and I know SSI is solid. My decision, my wager TB -105.

Drop the damn puck already
