According to a computer programmer I know who has been dealing with computers for IBM since the 70's he feels that virtually all the online software is a sham. All set up to return approx 14%-30 % to players of every 100k bet...In other words the house makes 70-86% profit on a dollar wagered..The software also can be set to return only 0% to 8% as well...or as high as 300% to selected players. All RIGGED.DONOT PLAY

We are told that ours is set up to with the identical house edge of Las Vegas. If I know or knew that this was not the case, we would close ours immediately. You may think we are biased, however, do you really think that a truly "Honorable" bookmaker would allow his software to be set up that way? Take Pinnacle for example? Do you honestly think they would jeopardize their entire business by scamming their customers with shady software? I am sure there are casinos out there that are a scam, but for you to say that a sportsbook has rigged software, you are basically saying that the sportbook in question is not to be trusted. Hence, you probably shouldn't be betting sports there. For someone to say that they just lost at a sportsbook's sister casino and that it is rigged is kind of a contradiction in the sense that you shouldn't even have an account with a place that you don't trust.
Bottom line, Vegas continues to build more and more rooms by not scamming their clients. If the inherent house edge is good to begin with (and it is) why would a sportsbook or a casino even feel the need to rig the deck? You may think we are wrong, but I just dont think that the majority of casinos or sportsbook operators are bad guys. Like anything else, there are bad eggs out there, however, if you feel you can trust your sportsbook, you should also feel that you can trust their casino. Good people are good people. If a good guy runs a sportsbook, that chances are high that he will be doing the right thing with his casino.

You guys do realize you're playing negative expectation games, right? Rigged or not, you're going to lose. Why the surprise?

It's true, they really don't have to rig anything to beat you silly. Taking your money faster is possible but not necessary. They will make more money in the end by being "fair"

I still think they are rigged. I've seen dice do some unbelieveable things in an online game, and I've played a lot of craps at real casinos before. If online games were legit, and a gaming commission could monitor them, people would play them rather than drive to a casino. But that isn't the case.

I still think most online casinos are rigged to an extent...The can see how you play and if your "chasing" after a few losses for example on BJ then you double up ... JMHO

if your that set on needing to play casino games your better off getting a good computer game of a casino and playing no risk there

Rio Shill,

No disrespect intended.... but to be at all credible on here don't say...

"Bottom line, Vegas continues to build more and more rooms by not scamming their clients."

If you want to play a word game on what "scamming" means, maybe some will agree with you. But FACT IS I can site you many reasons why what you say is false. One problem where there can be no argument is 6/5 on blackjack.

Might be accurate to say... "Bottom line, Vegas continues to build more and more rooms by ONLY scamming their clients to the point the traffic will bear."

OR...

"Bottom line, Vegas continues to build more and more rooms by not scamming their clients to the point that they run EVERYONE away."

Vegas is built from the ground up on "SCAMMING' everyone in EVERY WAY. Payback % on machines is totally misrepresented in that it is based on a formula that NO NORMAL consumer could ever understand.

Table games are discussed in terms of house edge based on perfect stategy. NOWHERE do you ever see figure on the "HOLD" on tables. Closely guarded secret (SCAM). Consumers are not meant to know what the chances really are. Just what the crooked laws of Vegas require that people be told!

This is too large a list of scams to ever discuss fully. Lets just a least admit that to say "not scamming the client" is a joke.

Currently doing better than should be expected in the Skybook casino for what its worth.

Been playing LET IT RIDE and 9/6 Jacks or better........both losing games in the long run, but currently I am ahead of the game.

Do not know the exact amount of money I have risked......not a whole lot.

About one hour of Let it Ride and a couple hours of video poker total.

Not a significant amount I realize, but just relating some information to you.

i got an email from intertops promoting their new "viper casino" which includes more games than i have ever seen including spanish 21 and face up black jack and many variations of games i had not seen before and just new games all together i had not seen before. . . they gave me 10 bucks to try it out. they might as well give me 10,000 to try it out, becuase if there is a 10 time roll over they will get it all back anyways.

i agree with fish on skybook, i also did better thn expected and cokeworks had also done well and i believe another poster said he battled with the casino for a few days so from what i can tell that is a decent place to play if you absolutely have to play online casinos

once again i go back to what jay cohen told me when i say him in vegas.

i asked him about online casinos and while he didn't say the exact words - reading thru what he said - he said these online casinos are bad bets and people who play them are idiots.

if anyone plays them - don't cry and bitch WHEN you lose. you know they are ripoffs - so if you play them - blame yourself - not the casinos.
