Don't want to start anything, just my experience. Take it for waht it is worth.

I requested a payout yesterday via neteller, via CS rep Monica. Did have to call back this morning, but it is now in my account.

In fact, I had not fully read the withdrawl specifics which would have limited my netelleer withdrawl to the original deposit ($250), they were kind enough to allow me to withdrawl $1,250 via netelleer without fee.

Positive experience for me. Can't say it will be the same for others.

Must say Royal is the most perplexing of all the bad reports we have gotten...

Because it seems for every bad report u get, there are several good ones....

And players always get paid, they just have to go through a lot to get it.....

If they were just a stiff joint, it would be easy, everyone would know...however they do pay, they just screw around too long to do it most times...

They also helped alot of posters with bailouts, etc...

So it makes it a hard call...

No doubt they need to get organized, and pay when the player requests it, not days/weeks later....

But the fact that they always pay, makes it all the more wierd.....

Maybe i'm not making sense, but i just dont understand, if you're gonna pay, then do it timely, and get your rep back......If you're not gonna do it quick, then its almost (i said almost) as bad as stiffing the player completely....its certainly as bad as far as your business is concerned.....

But like i said everytime you say just write them off, they must be hurting, they pay people, and you hear how players are getting paid quick...plus like i said, they do deserve credit for the bailouts they helped us with, that they didnt have to..
