Royal Sports on the clock for my $2500 neteller- day 26

I have gotten two payouts from Royal in the past month and the average time it takes to get paid is about five weeks. At the current time I keep being told tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow on my most recent request of a $2500 neteller payout; but, now it's next week for my $2500 neteller payout. This request was made on April 2nd.
I am fed up with their slow payouts. It is sorry and there is no excuse for it.
While I'm on hold I have to listen to their propaganda that states: "Royal Sports the # 1 sportsbook." Action speaks louder than words Royal and it is day number 26 for you.

General - Unbelievable. I spoke to them earlier today and was told it would be next week. I told them I was going to the RX to post the truth of my situation. Then I posted. Now I went to my neteller and see they paid me about 10 minutes after I spoke to them on the phone and actually before I posted. It seems like I had to threaten to post at the RX to get paid. I will request another payout probably next week and I will put a time stamp on the request and let everyone know how quickly it goes.
Thanks for your help General. Now looking at my e-mail I see they e-mailed me that they were paying.

I was paid, but it was not this morning, it was after I had enough of the run around. They have always paid me in the past so I didn't want to have to ruffle any feathers, but there was no excuse for what happened here.

I was really disappointed when their web page is bigtime customer service is #1 and I have to call them constantly to get paid. It was not always like that, used to be autopay on Neteller. Then they just started getting slow on line moves, or enticing action, and I crushed them. Really a bad situation when you see bad numbers and slow pay. So I finally get knocked down to nicks only, even calling in. Not be deterred, I keep crushing their weak lines. Payouts get even slower, more phone calls required. I finally just give up, ask for CC check just to exit stage right. Check comes, made out to wrong person, uncashable, after a 3 week wait. I called again, not ranting and raving, but just voicing my disappointment. Had to send bad check back, they offered to reimburse me but at that point I just wanted to find a friendlier pond for my frog. So I took him out and picked up a 46" plasma when Gateway closed stores. Also a BOSE home theatre system, and a trailer for my fishing boat, all on my friends at Royal, Thanks Royal. Normally I relocate my frogs but check made it ashore so have better stuff to watch sports. My point is, do not advertise customer satisfaction #1, and then jerk people around. I was very dejected as I loved the soft lines but after being labeled sharp, and then getting limits whacked I just did not feel the love, brother. I may give them another chance for football, but under the condition I get sameday payout, or I stayout. No frogs for the Royal pond, no matter how nice it is. My story can be verified by Kenneth or Scott. Do not read this as an attack, they honored everything, bonus and all. They never graded a wager wrong, and cut me after giving me 2 dime web limits and getting crushed. Was not unexpected. Was not first time I wore out my welcome. But like Spiro says, do not sweat the payout. I just honestly felt the customer service was not good. Probably will never let me in there again after this bridge burning post. Or they may say, we will pay you same day, and I would redeposit tomorrow. Business is business. Best Wishes...OF

Nice post OF. I feel the same way. It has just gotten old with them. Never a problem except for the slow payouts. They have had some juicy lines on dogs and the dogs were barking and Royal loses. Just pay up is all we the player asks.

I guess the real question is: Are the great dog lines worth the 26-day wait for my money? I say no way.

That is the overall question, but the hold the funds is just an annoyance, having to call all the time is time consuming, and when you can rollover money big during football, having it stuck in limbo, is costly. Especially when you are knocked down to nickel limits in their store. If I am a customer, and I do not receive the best customer service I am guaranteed on their website, I am going to be unhappy. Do not promise something you are not going to deliver. Too much competition out there. You can keep the soft line nickel hits. When you need to fund something else, and cannot do it, that is where I draw the line. That is costing me money. Business is business. Best Wishes...OF

Roberto, that's great what you say you are doing for panam players...but you can't give ANY explaination WHY royal is slow paying etc... as post above.

Allot of us here at the rx are CONFUSED

More than you being confused its your intention to mislead people becoming clear.

As mentioned in your previous thread some days ago, I have quit Royal on December 7th 2003. It is apparent, the same way you seem the only one being confused about this simple issue, that you happen to be the only one unable to read dates.

Seriously speaking, as far as Royal is concerned, its despicable to see an operation that has financial resources acting this way.

As far as TheOffshoreWire is concerned, should this trend persist throughout this week, Royal's rating will indeed be lowered.

Royal used to have excellent customer service and it used to be one of my favourite books. I started playing at lay 107 but I quit because of their terrible customer service. I had to send them my id 3 times.

Royal used to be a top 10 sportsbook. As per Roberto above, the ownership shoud use those financial resources and get it back to the top or if they choose not to have much concern anylonger, then shut the doors.

Oops forgot that one. Only place where I had to fax ID for withdrawal, for my protection. Just another hurdle to get my post up funds back. Let me stress, post up. Also, old man guarantee customer satisfaction has been removed from website, wonder why? Not sure what is going on with them, really do not care, as long as I am treated fairly. Maybe everything was all normal, mistakes and delays innocent. But when the customer is the judge, I found them guilty of jerking me around, no matter the intent. Too many great books with great customer service out there. I have nothing but props for them, and keep the action coming. I have no ill feelings towards them at all. Business is business. Yes, Royal did have great customer service in the PAST.

If my memory is correct...

last year, didn't they FIRE all their long time customer service reps and replace them with the existing crew they have now?

I think there should be a policy at the Rx saying that any Rx advertiser which takes longer than 72 hours to pay (after the case is verified to be legit by the mods) should have their ads blacked out until the payment is made. The same should apply IMO to any book that fails to respond to any email from a mod within 24 hours. It's time to lower our tolerance of these BS practices and raise the bar! The Rx would benefit and so would the solid shops. As for the others, who gives a shlt!?

Rx Moderators - What is the story here? Are these claims of SLOW PAY at Royal Legit???

Please confirm and if so WHY are they still listed on your "every Sportsbook URL" thread as PG?

Oops. Do not want to cause a problem here. I never mentioned this before, to anyone here. In fact the entire event happened sometime back, during football, before I was posting here. I handled it, without help, and kept quiet. If they have deep pockets like I am hearing, I am very disappointed, even more than before. I was under the impression they were getting their soft lines whacked and I was just joining in so they were short. Tried to be a nice guy. See what happens? Maybe that was the way they rid themselves of frogs? Like frog eradicating treatment. Thought provoking...OF
