Thanks for posting this, I'm gonna check it out. I saw Van Halen with that dork (no pun intended) from Extreme. They were horrible. I would bet that one day soon they will have both Sammy and Dave in the band. That would be killer.

:) :) :)

I literally listened to it one time and never played it again,lol..

I couldn`t believe my ears, I doubt that album sold 1 million copies...and when you`re Van Halen you could sell 500,000 copies recording each member taking a dump...

I hate to say this, but I grew up listening to VH, however, i kinda liked the band more when they kicked out David Lee Roth.
Sammy had the voice!

Long live ROCK!

In the infamous words of Butthead, "That guy will never be able to get chicks to believe he used to be the lead singer of Van Halen."

Sammy clearly took the band to bigger and better places...the old VH was great, but with Hagar they skyrocketed...

With Roth they never even had a #1 album.

With Sam they had atleast 3 that I know of.

You would be referring to Kent State's own Joe Walsh, formerly of the James Gang.

While I agree, I would have thought it would have....not saying it wasn`t worthy though...Alot of people are surprised when they find out VH was much more succesfull after Roth departed...

Depends on your view of success. Artistically, Roth has it, commercially, Hagar.

with Roth in 1984, they kicked ass. Sammy was never interesting to me. Just another tired cock-rocker, dime a dozen frontman. Roth had panache, that's why he and Eddie couldn't get along. Now what's Eddie, an old paranoid loser from what I hear. Sheesh.

But now I'm listening to some Ween of all things and Van Halen is far in the rear view mirror, LOLOLOLOL.
