When they "Offically Regulate" Offshore wagering will that bring MANY new gamblers to the industry?

IMO yes it would....and I do think at some point it will get regulated as the gov has no choice millions of people already wager online and it has become a sort of hobby as well as a pastime to many as well as for the serious gamblers to try to prosper also....
