i have just been notified by the california state workman compensation board that any place in california that i apply for a job i must tell the people i am applying for a job that the last 7 jobs i had a collected workmans disibility im just very unlucky and get hurt a lot on the job just collected $790 every 2 weeks for 24 months tax free is it legal that i have to tell any future employer of my past
Regardless of your circumstances, you are deemed a risk for potential employers due to insurance purposes. Personally I know nothing about you, however this is something that I would definitely investigate, to be honest something does not seem right here. The fact that you have been injured at seven jobs seems very suspect. Under California law, those who have collected disability from multiple sources with in a certain period of time are required to notify an employer, under which you will perform the same type of work, that yes you have collected disability. They will make the determination, as to whether you are a risk or not.

Getting hurt on 7 jobs is beyond the laws of probability and statistics, and collecting on ALL of them is off the charts...
It appears you have worked the system better than anyone I have known, and I suspect you may be better off working your magic, rather than relying on any attornies to help you!
